The automotive marketplace for Qatar — cars, rentals, parts, services and showrooms in one app.
Overview
QatarWheels is a full automotive ecosystem: used cars, new cars from showrooms, rental cars and tour deals, an auto store, garages and services, and a directory of businesses — with buyer and business apps, an admin panel and a server-rendered website all running on one backend.
What I built
- Buyer app (Flutter, Android & iOS) and a separate Business app for showrooms, garages and rental companies
- NestJS modular monolith with 23 domain modules: auth (OTP + JWT), marketplace verticals, cart & checkout, bookings, chat, favourites, reviews, comparison, blog, videos and a unified cross-vertical search
- "Sell Now" ad-posting flow across every vertical with a My Ads dashboard and analytics
- Buy-It-For-Me concierge, Vehicle Management System (garage & service history) and a driving-test module
- Next.js admin panel for moderation, catalogue (brand/model/variant/city) and operations
- SSR marketing site, Arabic/English localisation with RTL, Swagger-documented API, Docker deployment
