Overview
A multi-tenant vehicle management system for the Qatar/GCC market. Companies own vehicles, devices, drivers and users; operators watch the fleet move in real time, drill into per-device telemetry, send commands back to the hardware and pull operational reports.
What I built
- In-house ingestion: TCP listener for Teltonika-class trackers (Codec 8/8E), IMEI authentication, AVL decoding, time-series storage and live fan-out over WebSocket
- Live map, per-vehicle telemetry panel and historical trip replay on Google Maps
- Command lifecycle to devices — immobiliser, door lock, buzzer — with delivery tracking
- Seven report families (trips, fuel, idle, mileage, utilisation, alerts…) as table, map or chart, exportable
- Flutter client shipping as Web and Windows desktop from one codebase, built 1:1 against 23 Figma frames
- Thirty-six written audits — security, roles, data integrity, capacity, failure & recovery, release runbook — before launch
